Extended Health Direct Debit

Direct debit is offered at Aspect Health.

Most extended health / medical benefits plans cover at least some portion of massage therapy treatments preformed by RMT’s. Chrystal has claims accounts that will allow her to direct debit most extended health providers on your behalf. If your medical benefits plan is with one of the following providers we can attempt to bill them on your behalf for therapeutic massage at the time of treatment.

  • Chamber of Commerce
  • Cowan
  • Great-West Life
  • Industrial Alliance
  • Johnson Inc.
  • Manulife
  • Maximum Benefit
  • Pacific Blue Cross (non-federal)
  • Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)
  • Standard Life
  • Sun Life
  • Veterans Affair Canada (VAT) (formerly DVA)

  • You will be advised upon direct billing submission (at the end of your appointment) how much coverage your plan provided, and you will be responsible for paying any balance. *Note, we are not privy to your plan amounts prior to submission attempt. We cannot tell you prior to treatment how much your plan will cover.
    • Every plan is different.  If you are not sure what your plan covers please contact your provider in advance to avoid any unexpected surprises.
  • The extended health providers listed below do not allow direct billing at this time.  If your benefits plan is with one of these providers, you will have to pay for the entire treatment cost at the time of your appointment and you will be issued a receipt to submit to them directly.
