Hello everyone!

It’s not every year during the cold and flu season that I send out an email about it. With Covid-19 being declared a pandemic this morning tensions are high worldwide. I aim not to spread panic but offer some reassurances. I figured now might be the best time to assure you all that I am, and always have taken the best precautions in sanitizing the massage therapy table, headrest and all high-touch areas in the clinic in-between each patient. Clinic linens are also changed between patients and have always been washed and dried using extreme heat for sanitization purposes.

I have installed a touch-less hand sanitizer dispenser just outside the clinic treatment room. Please feel free to use this when you arrive at the clinic. Keeping our hands clean is the best way to prevent the spread of viruses.

I’d like to remind you all that for the sake of my other patients, it is my clinic policy not to treat people who are ill. If you have cold or flu like systems, or even ‘just the sniffles’ you must cancel or reschedule your appointment as soon as possible, please. You will not be charged a cancellation fee for this. I treat a number of people from vulnerable populations including those who are very young and those who are aging, those who have co-morbidities and weakened immune systems. I treat people who cannot afford to catch the common cold, flu or more seriously Covid-19. For your sake and everyone else’s it is extremely important at this time that we all do our best to keep any germ to ourselves. Thank you!
