2018 Pricing/Promotional Changes

Everything’s been a bit delayed this year it seems, and as such I’m later than I had hoped to announce some changes coming in 2018. I’ve talked with some of you as I’ve had a chance to see you recently, but for others this is new news. With this New Year I am pleased to share that I will not be increasing my massage therapy pricing, however, I will no longer be honoring promotional rates & discounts, with the exception of 10% off for Peninsula CrossFit members. Active Peninsula CrossFit members will continue to receive a 10% discount on massage therapy services at Aspect Health. If you’re thinking of a great exercise regime to start the New Year, I highly recommend getting in touch with them at www.PeninsulaCrossfit.ca.
